Frequently Asked Questions

Straight answers about how we work, what we install, and what to expect when you partner with Altitude Network Solutions.

Whether you are planning a structured cabling rollout, upgrading fiber backbone infrastructure, or integrating access control and video surveillance, these are the questions we hear most from facility managers, IT teams, and general contractors across Colorado.

Quotes & Getting Started

Do you offer free estimates?

We provide complimentary quotes for new installations, upgrades, and most expansion work. For larger or multi-phase projects, we may recommend a paid site assessment or design consultation when detailed field verification is required. When that applies, the assessment fee is credited toward your project if you move forward with Altitude Network Solutions.

How can I request a quote?

You can reach our team in a few ways:

  • Submit the contact form on our website with project scope, location, and timeline
  • Call us directly to discuss your facility and schedule a walkthrough
  • Email project details to connect@altitudenetworksolutions.com

We respond promptly with next steps, clarifying questions, and a detailed estimate tailored to your environment.

What industries do you serve?

We work with organizations across Colorado, including:

  • Education and government institutions
  • Manufacturing and industrial spaces
  • Retail, hospitality, and multi-tenant buildings
  • Data centers and IT service providers

Our installations are designed to scale as your operations, security requirements, and network demands grow.

Can you integrate with systems we already have in place?

In most cases, yes. We regularly expand existing copper and fiber plant, add devices to current rack layouts, and integrate new security hardware with platforms already deployed in the field. During discovery, we review your current infrastructure, documentation, and manufacturer ecosystem so we can recommend a path that protects prior investment while improving performance and manageability.

Do you provide documentation when the job is complete?

Yes. We label pathways, terminations, and rack components to keep your infrastructure maintainable long after install day. Depending on project scope, deliverables can include port labels, rack elevations, test results, and as-built notes that help your IT team or future vendors support the system efficiently.

Billing, Warranties & Compliance

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept ACH payments, business checks, and credit or debit cards. Card payments include a 3% processing fee and require a request for a secure payment link. Progress billing and Net-30 terms may be available for larger projects upon credit approval.

Do you offer warranties?

All workmanship includes a standard one-year installation warranty. We also honor applicable manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment supplied for your project. If an issue arises, our team will work with you to diagnose whether it relates to installation, configuration, or hardware coverage.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Altitude Network Solutions LLC is a fully licensed and insured low-voltage contractor. Our work meets state and local requirements and follows current NEC and BICSI standards for safety, performance, and code compliance.

Do you offer promotions or referral incentives?

Yes. We run customer appreciation and referral programs designed to help businesses upgrade infrastructure with added value. Current offers, including new customer discounts and referral rewards, are listed on our Services page under Incentive Programs. Terms vary by promotion and project eligibility.

Support & Team Qualifications

Do you offer maintenance contracts?

We offer ongoing service agreements to help businesses maintain network and security infrastructure, perform routine inspections, and reduce downtime. Plans are tailored to your equipment mix, facility count, and operational priorities rather than a one-size-fits-all schedule.

Do you provide support after installation?

Absolutely. We stand behind every system we install. Our technicians support troubleshooting, moves/adds/changes, system expansions, and periodic inspections so your cabling and security platforms continue performing reliably as your business evolves.

Do your technicians hold certifications?

Our field team receives ongoing training and holds certifications from leading industry organizations and manufacturers. This includes BICSI-aligned structured cabling practices and specialized credentials for the access control, intrusion, and surveillance platforms we deploy, such as i-PRO and Bosch systems.

Can you work in occupied buildings without major disruption?

Yes. Much of our work happens in active offices, clinics, warehouses, and retail environments. We coordinate access windows, phased cutovers, and after-hours work when needed so your team can keep operating while we pull cable, terminate racks, and commission security hardware.

Still Have Questions?

Our team is happy to walk through your facility, review drawings, or discuss scope over the phone. Tell us about your project and we will point you in the right direction.
